Clients may file a grievance through the website, Accreditation Now.

Open the following link in a new tab: https://www.accreditationnow.com/

Select the “Client” tab.

Select “Client Grievance Reporting.”

Into the “Login” section, type: 10061279

Password: 999Client

From here you can submit your grievance. To allow staff to follow up and address your concerns, please include your name and phone number.
