If you are a member of the Mesilla Valley Community of Hope personnel, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open the following link in a new tab:  https://www.accreditationnow.com/
2. Select the “Surveys” tab.
3. Select “Personnel Satisfaction Survey”.
4. Login using your personal login information.  This will NOT actually log you in, but will instead refresh the page with the MVCH anonymous login information, so all of your responses will still be completely anonymous. (You may also receive a notification providing you with the anonymous information at the top of the screen, but this can be disregarded as it will automatically populate in the next screen.  Simply click “Ok” to continue)
5. Press “Login” again to enter the survey as an anonymous user.
6. Complete the survey and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
