Covid-19 Housing Relief

If you are late on rent/mortgage/utilities because you have lost income due to the Covid-19 please CLICK HERE to fill out the Dona Ana Emergency Rent & Utilities Assistance Application.  Please note that Mesilla Valley Community of Hope no longer has any funding for Covid specific housing assistance, but Dona Ana county is still taking applications.

About the Community of Hope

The Community of Hope serves the homeless and near-homeless population.  We provide a number of services from housing to case management to helping house veterans.  A full listing of our services can be found here.

Our Mission:

The mission of Mesilla Valley Community of Hope is to promote dignity and empowerment among the homeless population by providing shelter services, case management, income support and permanent housing programs in Las Cruces and Dona Ana County, New Mexico.

Our Vision:

MVCH envisions a world in which homelessness and poverty are eradicated. .

Camp Hope

Camp Hope is a self-governing transitional living community that provides temporary, transitional shelter in the form of tents, showers, and cooking facilities while residents transition to permanent housing.

Tents to Rents

Our goal is to enable Camp Hope residents to transition to permanent housing as quickly as possible. Our Tents to Rents annual fundraising project provides funding to support this transition. We are just starting our 2022 Tents to Rents campaign!

Mesilla Valley Community of Hope is CARF accredited!

CARF provides accreditation services worldwide at the request of health and human service providers. Whether you are seeking rehabilitation for a disability, treatment for addiction and substance abuse, home and community services, retirement living, or other health and human services, you can have confidence in your choice.
